The 26-year-old is also a target for several Premier League clubs but a move back to his native Spain looks more likely.
According to Italian news outlet SportItalia, Milan are ready to cash in on the former Liverpool forward and would be willing to let him leave in January.

Suso has featured 16 times in the league this term and has only scored once, leaving many fans frustrated with his contributions.
Following a string of poor performances, he was benched for Milan’s 2-0 win over Cagliari last weekend with many believing his time at the club is up.
Suso’s agent, Mino Raiola, is now reportedly working on finding him a new club before the month is up.

Meanwhile, Suso’s fellow ex-Reds team-mate Fabio Borini has left Milan to join Hellas Verona on a six-month deal.
The 28-year-old completed his medical earlier this week before the move was confirmed on Tuesday afternoon.
The Italian forward only managed four goals in 51 league appearances for Milan.
